The Taliani family and our recipes from Barelias
We're Sam Taliani and his brothers, and the recipes we bake and cook come from our hometown of Barelias in Beqaa, Lebanon. Now they come out of our oven in North Edmonton.
We started with pita
We began baking pita in 2000. When we opened Al Huda, we were the first new pita bakery in Edmonton in 20 years.
